Alexia is a Senior Consultant at Carbon, focused on both board and executive hiring. She specialises in financial services and has extensive search experience in retail, wholesale and corporate/commercial banking, insurance and wealth.
Alexia has a proven track record in the delivery of successful Executive and Non-Executive Director appointments for clients with a broad range of requirements.
Over her 25-year career, Alexia has built deep knowledge of financial services which allows her to provide advice, deep market insight, and rigorous assessment of the talent pool for Carbon’s clients.
Alexia previously spent 15 years working in Capital Markets for international investment banks. Alexia has a BA in Law and Economics (Joint Honours), Durham University.
