Stephen has been part of the Carbon team for over 10 years, and today acts as an Advisory Partner. He has over 30 years of experience in financial and professional services. Stephen is a passionate advisor of businesses, supporting on strategic and organisational effectiveness issues, working with boards and management teams of well-established and high-growth organisations.
He holds a variety of non-executive roles in commercial, not for profit and academic organisations. Stephen has been a partner at McKinsey &Co and PwC, Group Strategy Director at Barclays, Managing Director of a financial services technology business at Unisys, and a financial institutions’ Group Manager at HSBC.
Stephen has a BSc in Banking and International Finance from City, University of London and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
