Under her leadership, Carbon's focus is on board and senior executive placements across a portfolio of financial services clients, ranging from privately backed growth businesses to FTSE 100 organisations. She works to find talented leaders in P&L leadership and functional roles across all areas of consumer financial services, commercial banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors.
Alicia believes strongly in the impact that personal chemistry between leaders can have in evolving teams and businesses. She places significant weight on assessing the holistic fit between client and candidates throughout the search process.
Alicia is a trusted advisor and source of confidential counsel to many senior executives regarding the shape of leadership teams and their own personal career development.
