Jayne Foster

Jayne joined the team in 2023 as Head of Assignment Operations, overseeing the project management and logistical planning of all Carbon’s assignments. She collaborates closely with clients, candidates, consultants, and partners to ensure the smooth running and delivery of Carbon’s assignments.

Jayne owns Carbon’s rigorous data management approach and leads an evolving portfolio of process improvements to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm, continually raising its client service impact.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 20 years in the delivery of operational excellence for both large multinational companies and smaller firms. This includes time spent within financial services and facilities management. Jayne is passionate about customer service and effective delivery for our clients and candidates.
