Phoebe joined Carbon in 2024 as an Associate. She works with the partners across a wide range of client mandates, leading market research and candidate assessment to ensure the best and most suitable talent is accessed and considered in all searches.

Phoebe prides herself on the importance of developing productive professional relationships and works with candidates and clients to ensure that talented individuals are matched with appropriate opportunities.

In her pre Carbon search career Phoebe worked with a range of clients and a variety of industries including financial services, industrials, and energy. Today she has an exclusive focus on financial services working on both executive and board hires across retail, commercial and corporate banking, insurance, and wealth.

She holds a first-class degree in Education with Psychology from the University of Bath.
