Isabelle Taaj

Isabelle joined Carbon in March 2024 as an Executive Assistant. Her focus is providing a bespoke and personal service to Carbon’s clients and candidates, marshalling the best of the firm. She has the wellbeing and experience of clients, candidates and team members front of mind and is committed to delivering excellent service with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

She also oversees the visual identity of Carbon and brand communications. Isabelle has a career track record of supporting high growth consulting firms within financial services, and has played a key role in team, culture, and brand development in all her previous roles.

Isabelle graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2017 with a degree in International Hospitality Management.
