Claire Mort

Claire joined Carbon following a career spanning more than two decades in enterprise leadership roles for large global organisations.  Her hands-on management experience spanned operations, data, risk management, technology, and organisational transformation. Claire’s deep exposure to operational delivery situations, combined with her experience as an executive at regional and global level within large multinationals, provides distinctive insight, empathy and pragmatic bias for clients and candidates in the executive recruitment context.

In addition to serving as a dedicated client delivery partner at Carbon, Claire leads on many operational aspects of the firm and its delivery methodology. She is committed to ensuring the best search experience for clients and candidates alike, underpinned by continuous enhancement of Carbon’s partnering approach.

Claire graduated in Law before moving into operational management roles and utilising a variety of project management methodologies and skills, including Lean Six Sigma, and achieving certification as a Scrum Master. Claire brings a strong international outlook, having worked across cultures in global positions, including relocation to Dublin and Chicago, in previous roles.
